Font/Album Name

When we were shooting our footage at the beach we came across a very large picture on a building with the words 'The Root Of Memories', straight away we thought that this would be a fantastic image that we would be able to edit and use in out digipak. As a group we decided that the slogan on the picture we found would also fit in nicely to be our album name, as the words also fit in with the theme of the music video we are creating.

As a group we have come up with some different fonts so far, and when we come to produce our album cover and digipak we will pick the best font then.

The Root of

Memories
This typeography is extremly bold and stands out due to the different sizes and positioning of the words, it is very simple which is something that we want to portray throughout our products we don't want it to be too complicated as it will stray away from our naturalistic theme.
The Root of   Memories
This is again very simple, and gives off a sense of old fashioned qualities. Due to the typeography being bland it will stand out againt our album cover, digipak and advert as it will differ from what we will be showing through them all. Even though the text is simple it will stand out to the audience, as it seems as if it is the type of text you would come across daily.

The Root of Memories
This font is the most different from all our choices, we wanted to be able to also see what else could work within our choosen theme. This text could be eye catching for an audience, but does not fully fit in with what we wanted our font to look like. Our singer is a male, and the typeography seems to feminine to have for an album cover. If we have our font strong, and powerful it will give off the message that the album is about certain things that he is passionate about, and wants to let his audience follow them.
